New Single out now
“The Muse”

New Jersey native, Jessie Gray, now calling Nashville home, released the first two singles off her sophomore album this October. The songs were recorded live to tape at The Bomb Shelter in Nashville. Her tin pan alley, song bird qualities capture a nostalgia harkening back to the 1920s. Her melancholic warbles liken her to artists like Molly Drake and Edith Piaf. Her love of overlaying the poetry of the natural world with the dream world is deeply felt.
Blending folk, country, and blues influences, Gray’s recent material shows continued growth, with her winsome voice showing both strength and vulnerability over her propulsive acoustic guitar grooves."
